Returning products

At Jafra Point, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Return conditions

For the return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
It must be in its original packaging.
Not be used, damaged or with compromised integrity.
To be returned with all original accessories and documents.

How to return a product?

Send the product via a courier company of your choice.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will refund your amount within 7 business days.

The costs of returning the product are at the customer's expense, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
